The Concept

The training of the first 20 young people takes 2.5 years. By the end of the training, we want to have founded a craft business. In this craft business we want to offer the fully trained young people a cooperation. Part of the profit earned then flows back into the training center in order to partially cover initial costs. The aim is that the entire running costs of the training center in the foreseeable future (about 5-7 years) can be covered by the profits of the craft business, so that the training center carries itself.
